Used for routing.
When the grid creation job is finished, this endpoint will return a .zip file containing the requested grids as .csv files, together with a metadata.json file. The metadata.json file will contain the filenames of each grid, together with the type of grid. It adheres to the schema of ModelGridFilesDescription. It can be used to automate the process of fetching the correct grid file.
