Retrieve the auxiliary engines SFOC over time data for a ship

Fetches auxiliary engines SFOC over time data.

  • sensor_sfoc_over_time: The SFOC over time data from the sensor data.
  • nr_sfoc_over_time: The SFOC over time data from the noon report data.
  • interval / aggregation: Optional server-side downsampling; the applied
    values are echoed back in the response.
    Returns:
